Underkurrent - Live electronic music by the River. 16 July 2004.  Two remarkable performances of live electronic music - Walter Fabeck  performs Chromasone.    Kreepa  perform a series of acts with their array of invented instruments. Nicholas James Bullen (founder of Napalm Death) will DJ underground electronic soundtracks throughout the night.  In addition to the concert a special cruise is offered for river transport to and from the Wharf. Time Flows - A Handel and Hendrix Opera performance.

Time Flows - A Handel & Hendrix Experience. 17-19 August 2004.  Streetwise Opera presents the world premiere of a new opera featuring the music of Handel and Hendrix who lived in the same house in London two centuries apart. The production brings together the London Handel Festival, Handel House Museum, The Thomas Gray Band and participants from four homeless centres across London. Tickets available from TICKETZONE.

Open House. Trinity Buoy Wharf has been participating in London Open House weekend for several years. In 2004 it takes place on the 18th and 19th September.
We will have a range of activity on site including art shows by resident 2 and 3-d artists in various buildings. The following buildings will be open:
Container City (funky and architecturally interesting, designed by USM and Nicholas Lacey Architects)
Boilerworks (with conversion by Buschow Henley Architects)
Electricians shop - basement gallery
Chainstore - Listed building.
Lighthouse - with
LONGPLAYER project
The Jubilee Pier.

Link to the Longplayer Website Longplayer. Longplayer is an Artangel project set up in the Lighthouse at Trinity Buoy Wharf. Started in 1999 it is a sound installation designed to play for 1,000 years. Designed and executed by Jem Finer (of The Pogues), it is open on the first weekend of every month.
